Itinerary & Tour Details
Day 01: Chandigarh – Manali (overnight journey)
Arrive at Chandigarh Airport / Railway Station, overnight journey to Manali and transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Arrive Manali and Site Seeing
Wake up with the golden sunrise atop Himalayas. Its an experience to breathe the early morning fresh air in the lovely old town of Manali.
Hit the breakfast table for good meal at your hotel, proceed to half day city tour of Manali. A scintillating tour on which don’t forget to take your camera along. Visit Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple, Vashisht Village and Tibetan Monastery. In Vashist village explore the natural Sulphur hot springs.
Evening free for roam at your own. You can buy beautiful souvenirs or relax to some Hindu and Buddhist music in manali. Overnight stay at Manali.
Day 03: Manali → Solang Valley → Manali
Full day excursion tour to Solang Valley which is a lovely small tourist location across the lovely Himalayan mountains. A great place for taking photographs and a beautiful drive to compliment it with.
At Solang you can do paragliding and other adventure activities on your own. Later get back to Manali & explore the local market.
Overnight stay at Manali hotel.
Note: ROHTANG PASS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOUR AND COST. Rohtang Pass sightseeing tour has to be undertaken as per the NGT directions is subject to vehicle permits & Taxi Union guidelines and only limited number of vehicles are permitted there. If undertaken guest has to pay the cost by on self basis as per rate finalized there itself.
Day 04: Kullu Manikaran
Breakfast in hotel. Later day excursion trip to Kullu & Manikaran Sahib. Evening return back to hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.
Day 05: Chandigarh Drop
After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Chandigarh Airport/Railway Station. Tour ends. but sweet memories always remain.
Inclusions / Exclusions
Price Includes:
- 03 night’s accommodation on Double sharing at the hotels mentioned above or similar as per the itinerary.
- Daily buffet breakfast & dinner at the hotel
- All transfers, excursions and sightseeing tours will be by air-conditioned transportation.
- The vehicle used under each pax bracket will be as follows: 02 Paying Pax: 01 Air-conditioned Dzire /Etios (Air-conditioned will not be used in hill areas. If required cost will be extra)
- Road taxes, parking fee, Govt. service tax, fuel charges and interstate taxes.
Price Excludes
- Expenses of personal nature like tipping, laundry, telephone / fax calls, alcoholic / non-alcoholic beverages, camera / video camera fee at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax, any insurance etc. Portage at hotels, railway station & air port.
- Heater charges.
- Any guide charges
- Rohtang Pass sightseeing tour not included. (We can help arrange from there itself at extra cost, subject to vehicle availability and weather condition)
- Any meals other than the mentioned.
- Any other services not mentioned in the inclusions.
- Monument or entry fees to parks are not included.
- Our Cost is not valid for any period other than mentioned above.
- Emergency costs if any are not included and shall be borne by the customer directly.
Special Notes
- Hotel Check-In / Check-out time 1200 hrs (Noon)
- Rohtang Pass remains closed on Tuesday.
- Prices are subject to change with any increase in the cost.
- Rates include only those items specified in your itinerary.
- Please note, the names of hotels mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels. It is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey the confirmations to you on receipt of your acceptance. However in the event of any of the above mentioned hotels not becoming available at the time of initiating the reservations, we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.
- In case on any amendment in local Government taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.
Booking Procedure
- All booking request for the packages has to be sent to us only by writing e-mail.
- Details required for Confirmation. - Clients or Group Name. - Total No of people along with adult sharing the rooms and child with or without bed. - Date of Arrival and Departure with flight / train details). - ID Proof of main person in the package or group.
- Reference No: As soon as we receive a booking request a file no. will be sent to you, please note the same for future correspondence.
- Re-Confirmation: All bookings should to be reconfirmed with us minimum 10 days prior to the date off arrival along with confirmed arrival details, failure on which will be considered as cancellation.
- Service Voucher: The client has to carry an "Booking Voucher" issued by the “Iknoor Travel Zone” which will be provided to the guest which need to carry while travel. Service Voucher is released only on full and final payment.
Payment Policy
- On Confirmation: 50% (Advance) to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation.
- Balance: 50% (2nd installment) should be deposited atleast 12 days before tour starts.
- NEFT / RTGS / IMPS (Preferred Method)
- At Par Cheque (Add Rs 500 to outstation cheques)
- Cash (Only in certain circumstances)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation charges of 50% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled more than 30 days from the date of start of tour.
- Cancellation charges of 75% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 30 to 15 days from the date of start of tour.
- Cancellation charges of 100% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled within 15 days to the date of start of tour.
- If booking in cancelled 30 days before then per person communication service charges applicable per person 1000/- INR. + Cancellation charges as applicable.
- No shows and early departures 100% of the entire day.
Amendment
Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.Terms and Conditions
- Above rates are calculated on the basis of hotels mentioned. In case room type is not mentioned, calculation is based on the base category room in the hotel.
- Booking will be provisionally conformed only after receiving the advance payment and on availability of hotels mentioned. Actual confirmation is only after full payment is made.
- In case of non availability of room in chosen hotel then similar hotel category will be given. Any amount difference will be paid by the customer.
- Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system. We suggest you yourself check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package. Once confirmed we will not change the hotel.
- Iknoor Travel Zone does not have any hidden charges except your lunch, and personal nature expenses. During the Journey if someone asks for extra money you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern without intimation to us.
- Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy.
- Iknoor Travel Zone it owners, service providers etc will not be liable for any natural calamities or vehicle breakdowns. Any and all types of Emergency charges are to be directly borne by the customer.
- No accommodation, meal or cost of transport would be paid or reimbursed or compensated.
- All buffet meal / room service will be provided as per hotel policy.
- We are not holding any rooms as of now and above mentioned is quote only , subject to availability at the time of confirmation .
- First preference will be given to mentioned hotels for reservation. In case of non-availability of these hotels we shall advise the similar or next available option with supplement cost .
- Itinerary provided is just suggestive and the sightseeing will be done as per availability.
